Privacy Notice
Last updated 9 August 2026
Build With Apex is a trading name of Apex Dragon Prosperity Powerhouse Ventures Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202408215K), a company registered in Singapore. This notice explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is short because there is not much to it.
What this covers
This is about the website. If you go on to become a client, the personal data inside that engagement is governed by our engagement terms and data handling schedule, not by this page.
What we collect here
If you use the contact form, we collect what you type into it: your name, your work email, your company, and whatever you write in the message box. That is all. There is no account to create, and nothing runs in the background watching you browse.
Why we collect it
For one thing only: to read your enquiry, reply to it, and talk about whether there is work worth doing together. We do not sell it, we do not share it for marketing, and we do not add you to any list.
Who else touches it
Your message reaches us by email. Two established providers carry it on our instructions: Cloudflare, which hosts this site and passes your form submission to us, and Google Workspace, which runs our email. No one else sees your enquiry.
How long we keep it
We hold enquiry emails for up to 12 months after we last hear from you, then delete them. If you become a client, the engagement terms set how long we keep your information instead. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner; email the address below and we will.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. There is nothing to opt into, which is why you did not see a cookie banner. If that ever changes, this notice changes with it and we will say so here.
Your rights
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to our Data Protection Officer below. If we have not put something right to your satisfaction, you can raise it with the Personal Data Protection Commission at pdpc.gov.sg.
We answer during Singapore business hours.
